Reflection on APA

Most people have the power to sway the minds of other, it is when the writer is bias toward one side of an argument. However when writing a APA style u want as little as possible of bias opinion. In order to reduce bias in the language its best to remember general guide lines to sed groups and the sensitivity of the group talking about. Be sensitive to labeling people, call them by prefer names and determine how they would like to be called. Be as specific as possible when making a statement. Acknowledge all participation that occurred during the activities, describe that all had a part in the activity.

APA is used for a author-date citation system, citing the work of those individuals whose ideas, theories, or findings have had a direct influence in there work. This type of reference, includes the author's surname and year the works publication. When using direct quotes or statements from texts give the page number, or where you found the phrase or the organs. this style of writing was developed by social and behavioral scientists to standardize writing to ensure that it will be easier to understand more better.

Education,What is the bigger picture

Education, that is a topic that when teens hear, most think of it as a drag. Well parents think of ways to make it more available for their kids, in a way thinking of ways to equalizing education for all. In Emerson's essay, he states a world where people help the youth by sharing their knowledge that they have developed over time, then for the youth to better that knowledge that they have gain and teach it to the next generations to come and so on.

I think that would be a great thing to see, but i doubt that can be possible; it's a wonderful dream to have but yet it's not a realistic one to have. I disagree with the people that thought education can be equalized amongst the world, because they are not factoring in important variables. They are be siding themselves to human nature, the desire most people have the be independent from the crowd, human characteristics, and what of the people with mental disabilities? with that in the equation, do u see the balance shifting? Do u really believe that people can have an equilibrium of education? Now, factor in the poor schools with poor education values, students with home problems, young adults that are parents, and of the people with their will will to try broken beyond repair by life itself. What of those people that have life on their mind, or they have only one wish in mind?

When they meant ALL People with an equilibrium amount of education; do they meant that they are willing to help the unwilling, spend their time to teach the ones that will be lagging in their own education? Thus pushing back the person willing to help in their own education. That there will be a cure with people with mental disabilities? Or will they leave them to fend for themselves, only taken the strong. Throw them out; because they don't fit in the equation, brand the fallen as outcasts or a lost cause that complicates the equation? Because when people try to make things perfect or seek the very assents of a perfect being, people do horrible things, just look at the era between 1933- 1945.
